Greenhouse in the Snow – FAQs

1) What Happens on a Tour?

You’ll spend about 45 to 60 minutes with Dale or Chelsea walking through our four-season greenhouse that grows food every single day of the year. You’ll see the heating system running, the fruits, veggies, plants, and herbs growing. You will also get to see the quality of the build up close. Bring every question you have about your property, your climate, and your growing goals and we’ll work through them together. Some people leave ready to move forward with a quote. Others leave with a much clearer picture of what’s possible for their property down the road. Either way, you’ll walk away knowing exactly what a Greenhouse in the Snow can do for you.

2) Can I do a Virtual Tour Outside of BC?

Absolutely. We do virtual tours with customers from all across Canada. Just book through the link and we’ll connect on video.

3) How Soon Can I Book a Tour?

Usually within a week or two. Check our booking calendar for available dates, or email us if you need something sooner.

4) What Should I Bring or Prepare for a Tour?

Just bring your questions. It helps to have thought about your property— rough dimensions, which direction is south, and whether you have any known water table or soil challenges — but none of that is required. We’ll figure it out together.

Feel free to bring a phone or camera to capture some ideas of what’s possible.

6) Do You Provide Contractor Recommendations?

Often, yes. We’ve worked with customers across Canada and can frequently point you toward local contractors who’ve worked on builds before. Ask us on the tour.

6) What if I Want Everything Sourced and Shipped Together?

We can arrange to source and ship additional materials along with your kit. Just know that this is above and beyond our standard kit pricing and would be quoted separately based on your specific requirements. Reach out and we’ll talk through what makes the most sense for your situation.
